Working Toward Reasonable Solutions

ASTRA believes public policy should be informed by facts, data, and stakeholder collaboration.  Annapolis already has a licensing framework and operational standards for short-term rentals. Rather than imposing additional restrictions on responsible property owners, the City should focus on enforcing existing regulations, addressing bad actors directly, and working collaboratively with residents, businesses, and property owners to develop data-driven solutions.
